به گزارش خبرنگار سیاسی ایرنا، 'مصطفی محمدنجار' روز یكشنبه در مراسم آغاز به كار مجلس نهم در صحن علنی مجلس شورای اسلامی، گزارشی از روند برگزاری انتخابات نهمین دوره مجلس شورای اسلامی ارایه كرد.

محمدنجار اظهارداشت: انتخابات در نظام مردم سالاری دینی ایران میدان مشاركت اجتماعی و محل حضور و تجلی اراده مردم در تصمیم سازی ها و اداره كشور است.

وی افزود: در كشور ما همه نهادها و مقامات به صورت مستقیم یا با واسطه و رای مردم انتخاب می شوند.

وزیر كشور تصریح كرد: مردم در حالی به استقبال انتخابات نهمین دوره مجلس شورای اسلامی و میاندوره ای مجلس خبرگان رهبری رفتند كه كشور در یكی از حساس ترین مقاطع قرار داشت.

محمدنجار همچنین گفت: دشمنان با به كارگیری تمام امكانات و ظرفیت های تبلیغاتی، ترور دانشمندان، تحریم ها، مخالفت با موج بیداری اسلامی ، اجرای پروژه ایران هراسی، راه اندازی ماهواره های معاند با رویكرد تاثیرگذاری بر روند انتخابات به دنبال كم رنگ جلوه دادن انتخابات و حضور مردم در پای صندوق های رای بودند.

وی افزود: قدرت های استكباری با صرف هزینه های زیاد تلاش در جهت كم رنگ كردن حضور مردم داشتند اما ملت ایران همچون ادوار گذشته ركورد جدیدی از موقعیت شناسی و بصیرت را به نمایش گذاشت و با مشاركت 64 درصدی و تشكیل مجلس ولایی به همگان نشان داد نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران همچنان متكی بر مردم است.

وزیر كشور همچنین گفت: از آنجا كه براساس قانون اساسی برگزاری انتخابات بر عهده وزارت كشور است، این وزارتخانه از یك سال پیش ستاد انتخابات كشور را بر مبنای قانون مداری، عدالت محوری و حضور حداكثری تشكیل داد، هفت كمیته نیز برای برگزاری انتخابات در این ستاد فعالیت خود را آغاز كرد.

محمدنجار درمورد امنیت انتخابات وزارت كشور توضیح داد كه با هماهنگی نیروهای امنیتی، 297 هزار مامور انتظامی، بسیج و ترابری هوایی،زمینی و دریایی امنیت بیش از 47 هزار شعبه اخذ رای تامین شد.

وی ادامه داد: از آنجا كه وزارت كشور مسوول حسن اجرای انتخابات است با هدف پیشگیری از تخلفات احتمالی هیات های بازرسی در تمامی حوزه های انتخابیه تشكیل و فرآیند انتخابات كنترل و پایش شد.

وزیر كشور یادآور شد: وزارت كشور با درك حساسیت این دوره از انتخابات و عنایت به نقش مجلس و جایگاه رفیع آن در ساختار قانون گذاری كشور برای اولین بار تهمیدات ویژه ای برای برگزاری انتخابات به كار گرفت.

محمدنجار از جمله دستاوردهای برگزاری این دوره از انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی را برگزاری انتخابات رایانه ای، طراحی و راه اندازی سامانه جامع انتخابات، توسعه كیفی شبكه وی. پی. ان وزارت كشور به فرمانداری ها و بخشداری ها بیان كرد.

وی افزود: طراحی و ساخت تجهیزات اخذ رای الكترونیكی، تهیه طرح جامع آموزش مجریان، اطلاع رسانی شفاف به رسانه های داخلی و خارجی و بررسی، اصلاح و تدوین آیین نامه انتخابات

از دیگر دستاوردهای این دوره از انتخابات است.

وی یادآور شد: انتخابات مرحله اول نهمین دوره مجلس شورای اسلامی 12 اسفندماه در 207 حوزه انتخابیه اصلی و بیش از46 هزار شعبه های اخذ رای برگزار شد كه از این تعداد در هزار و 395 شعبه اخذ رای انتخابات به صورت رایانه ای برگزار شد.

محمدنجار خاطرنشان كرد: در مرحله اول انتخابات سه هزار و 323 نامزد برای كسب 290 كرسی مجلس شورای اسلامی به رقابت پرداختند و سرانجام 223 نفر راهی مجلس شدند و انتخابات در دو حوزه انتخابیه از سوی شورای نگهبان باطل شد.

وی اظهارداشت: مرحله دوم انتخابات نیز در 15 اردیبهشت ماه در 33 حوزه انتخابیه برای تعیین تكلیف 65 كرسی مجلس شورای اسلامی برگزار شد.

محمدنجار ادامه داد: تاكنون صحت انتخابات در تمامی حوزه های انتخابیه به جز پنج حوزه انتخابیه تایید و اعتبارنامه منتخبان از سوی وزارت كشور صادر و به مجلس ارسال شده است.

وزیر كشور، جوان ترین منتخب مجلس نهم را 30 ساله و مسن ترین را 73 سال بیان و تصریح كرد: میانگین سنی نمایندگان مجلس نهم 40 تا 50 سال است.

محمدنجار افزود: در مجموع حدود 66 درصد منتخبان مجلس نهم، جدید هستند كه تاكنون سابقه نمایندگی مجلس را نداشته اند.

وی اظهارداشت: ملت بزرگ ایران با دادن 30 میلیون و 905 هزار و 605 رای و افزایش حدود هفت میلیون رای نسبت به دوره هشتم مشاركت 64 درصدی را رقم زدند.
